About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategist to join our team in Durban. As a senior digital marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement. With 5 years of experience in a senior digital marketing or digital strategist role, preferably within higher education, corporate, or agency environments, you have the expertise to lead our team in delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, optimise performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies
- Track and measure marketing outcomes, including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
- Proficiently use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
- Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in a senior digital marketing or digital strategist role
- Strong expertise in digital strategy, performance marketing, campaign execution, and content roll-out
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, email marketing, remarketing, and marketing automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
