Job Summary

  • Co-ordinate administrative applications
  • Allocation, monitoring, and supervision of the administrative section
  • Invoicing of administrative applications for surveys
  • Updating the fee book
  • FEC applications for invoices
  • Funding coordination with the bank for funds received
  • Checking supplier invoices to quotes and coordinating invoices for authorization
  • Follow up on queries from creditors
  • Prepare and load EFT supplier payments
  • Maintaining and updating beneficiary information
  • Forward remittances to clients to indicate payments made
  • Preparing credit notes as required
  • Handling enquiries/queries on customer invoices and supplier invoices
  • Compiles repatriations for remittance
  • Ad Hoc projects within the operations, admin and finance
