Job Description:
Hire Resolve is looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Controller to join our client’s esteemed team in the agriculture industry in Howick, KZN. The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization and ensuring financial compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
– Prepare financial reports and budgets
– Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget
– Oversee cash flow management and forecasting
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
– Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management team
– Manage and supervise finance department staff
– Coordinate internal and external audits
– Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
– Diploma OR Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
– Professional certification such as CA(SA), CIMA, or similar
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance-related role
– Membership of Institute for Credit Control
– Numeracy (arithmetic) and knowledge of computerized systems would be regarded as
an advantage
– Drivers License
