Durban: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Duties: Leading the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support business objectives. Providing financial analysis and insights to guide decision-making and improve profitability. Developing financial models and scenario planning to assess business risks and opportunities. Partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance. Preparing detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations. Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards. What Were Looking For: A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or CIMA professional. Minimum 57 years experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
