Strong food cost / recipe Strong leadership abilities essential Experience in banqueting required Attention to detail orientated Proficient in hygiene and food safety audits and implementation thereof Own transport essential compliance/ procurement / stock ordering and admin skills Clear criminal record as well as Val de Vie clearance Gaap experience beneficial Ability to work shifts , weekends and public holiday Salary R 35 000 – R 45000 company benefits.
