Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement hospital strategies aligned with broader organisational goals

• Oversee day-to-day clinical services, operational performance, and facility management

• Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships

• Identify and source new specialist doctors to enhance service offerings

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost management

• Drive HR transformation, promote inclusivity, and support staff development

• Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation, clinical governance, and policies

Minimum Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector

• At least 5 years of senior management experience in a hospital environment

• Degree or diploma (NQF Level 7 or higher) in Business or Health Services Management

• Postgraduate qualification or MBA (advantageous)

• Strong background in clinical governance, financial management, and facilities management

• Proven leadership in a complex healthcare setting
