Job Summary

Duties and responsibilities: File employee-related documents Performance appraisals Perform preparation of payroll and timekeeping functions. Editing documents and presentations, entering and updating employee information into company databases Preparing disciplinary documents for hearings and warnings. Explain company policies and procedures to employees. Supervised by an HR Manager Posting job openings, reviewing resumes, calling candidates and scheduling interviews. Updated and reconciling employee leave schedules General industrial relations knowledge IOD administration

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in general HR administration Fully proficient in computer use, with strong skills in Excel Excellent administrative and time management abilities Capable of multitasking effectively Ability to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and thrive under pressure Must have own vehicle Friendly and helpful demeanor
