About the Role
Youll be responsible for coordinating all inbound operations ensuring stock accuracy, enforcing FIFO, and managing stock allocation across retail, wholesale, and backorders. Youll work closely with sales, logistics, planning, and finance to ensure seamless inventory movement and timely order fulfilment.

What Youll Do

• Enforce FIFO principles and maintain inventory accuracy

• Monitor aged stock and coordinate with RSMs for swaps and rotation

• Allocate stock across order priorities and ensure high-value orders are prioritised

• Manage backorders and coordinate inbound SKD (Semi Knocked Down) shipments

• Ensure system accuracy across Autocart, ENatis, and supplier portals

• Facilitate financial release confirmations and support finance compliance

• Deliver excellent service through proactive dealer and customer support

What You Bring

• 3+ years in inventory or order management (automotive or logistics sector preferred)

• Strong system skills (Autocart, ENatis, or similar platforms)

• Detail-focused with proven FIFO and stock control experience

• Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication skills

• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
