About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client in Durban is seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in the Packaging Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and assisting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing quotes.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the database.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis.
- Liaise with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales strategies and tactics.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Matric certificate with Mathematics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role.
- Excellent Computer Skills Excel
- Experience working on SAP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Knowledge of packaging products and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
