Were looking for a visionary Managing Director (MD) with a strong background in omnichannel and eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive digital transformation, enhance customer experience, and lead a diverse team towards market leadership.

What Will You Do:

As the MD, you will:

• Oversee the strategic direction across all business areas.
• Drive operational efficiency, digital transformation, and customer experience.
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver market-leading results.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.
• Ensure profitability, growth, and long-term business sustainability.
• Report directly to the Group CEO and work alongside key executives.

What Do You Need:

• Relevant qualification and 10+ years experience in a senior leadership role.
• Technically savvy
• Experience in Retail or FMCG (Brands).
• Strong financial, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
• Proven ability in digital transformation and customer-focused leadership.
