About the Role

This is a hands-on management role that requires a proactive, creative, and strategic individual who can collaborate across Group and in-country teams to successfully implement and drive the company’s marketing strategy. Key to success will be a proven track record in delivering high-quality, accurate work under pressure, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, and strong team player skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks, projects, and social media activities.
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
Plan and execute promotions, activations, and exhibitions in collaboration with suppliers, networks, and sales teams.
Recruit, manage, and motivate in-store promoters.

Requirements

Proactive and independent, with strong initiative and leadership skills.
Proven track record in delivering high-quality work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Strong team player who enjoys coaching and mentoring others.
