About the Role
Our client, a well-established Australian-based international company offering outsourced staffing solutions, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Marketing Assistant to join their team. As a key member of their marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media and paid digital advertising campaigns, as well as assisting in the coordination of campaigns with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media and paid digital advertising
- Analyse results and recommend improvements for better engagement
- Understand SEO and GADS
- Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for campaign success
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare detailed reports
- Produce and schedule high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms
- Research industry trends and optimize content for engagement
- Utilize AI tools for content creation as required
- Execute various administrative duties, aid daily operations, and respond to emails
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 3+ years admin and marketing experience
- General computer literacy and typing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work independently and make decisions while following company policies
- High attention to detail and accuracy in processing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confidence in direct communication with clients and customers
Qualifications
Matric + tertiary qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)
