Job Summary

Are you a powerhouse Sales Leader ready to revolutionise telesales operations? We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Outbound Telesales Manager to head up high-performing teams and drive sales excellence, operational efficiency, and campaign success all while shaping the future of financial services. This role is based in Durban and ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced call centre environment. Duties & Responsibilities What Youll Be Doing: Lead & Scale Drive outbound telesales performance across large teams. Take full ownership of operations, people, processes, and platforms. Recruit, coach, and develop sales agents to unlock their full potential. Campaign & Performance Management Build and optimise innovative sales campaigns that accelerate growth and retention. Use data, insights and KPIs to continuously sharpen productivity and profitability. Oversee lead management, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction delivery. Sales Leadership & Strategy Align sales strategies with key financial services products and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with training, recruitment, and enablement teams to fast-track onboarding and talent development. Driving brand led strategies. Desired Experience & Qualification Qualifications: Business/Financial/Commercial Diploma or Degree. Management qualification an advantage. Regulatory accreditation (FAIS compliant). Youll Need To Bring: Experience: Outbound telesales leadership in financial services, insurance, or similar regulated industries. Experience scaling and managing high-capacity call centres. Strong track record in campaign execution, performance management, and business retention. Leadership Qualities: Strategic, client-centric, and results-driven. Strong decision-making, innovation, and people leadership skills. Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about building successful sales teams. Deep understanding of FAIS, product knowledge, and compliance frameworks.
