Key Responsibilities: Supervise press operators and coordinate daily press shop activities. Oversee metal pressing operations ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Set up and adjust tools for metal pressing machinery. Plan production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and optimize workflow. Capture and maintain accurate production data and reports. Provide training, guidance, and support to press operators. Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve technical issues. Work night shifts occasionally as required to support production demands. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in metal pressing and tool setting. Strong understanding of production planning and data capturing techniques. Previous experience supervising or leading press operators. Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. Willingness to work night shifts occasionally. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication and organizational skills.
