Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic pricing solutions for freight movement that are both competitive and commercially viable Monitor and report on sales estimates, key performance indicators (KPIs) and quarterly performance metrics to drive business results Maintain seamless communication with clients and internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy, service excellence, and compliance with industry standards Oversee and ensure consistency in multi-modal estimates, keeping data sharp, relevant and aligned with market conditions Job Experience and Skills Required: Matric with Mathematics Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) 7 years of multi-modal estimating experience within the freight forwarding industry Strong background in freight forwarding, clearing documentation, rates management and tender processes High numeracy and analytical skills Proficiency in estimating software and MS Excel Proven ability to manage complex pricing and estimation tasks, with an in-depth understanding of international logistics and freight processes Step up to a career that moves as fast as the industry itself.
