Job Summary
Our client, an established NPO, focuses on empowering and building resilience in youth through programmes that break the divide by creating shared spaces for children and youth of different races, socio-economic backgrounds, and communities. The current enthusiastic and committed team are seeking a Programme Manager. This senior position requires an individual with the following proven skills:
- Programme and Project Management
- Team Management
- Budgeting and Reporting
- Capacity Building
- Strategic Planning
Experience
- Five to eight years of experience in programme management, community development, or a related field
- High proficiency in computer literacy
- Verbal proficiency in isiZulu
- Experience in the sport for development sector advantageous
- Experience in working with curriculum development advantageous
Education
- Bachelors degree in social sciences, development studies, sports administration, or a related discipline
- A postgraduate qualification in project management is advantageous
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills be a strong innovator and have the ability to liaise with all stakeholders.
