About the Role

Bidvest Protea Coin is seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team in Durban. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. If you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding administrative support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the entrances at all times;
Receiving of all visitors and deliveries;
Management and maintenance of the reception area;
Manage switchboard and answering of phones;
Maintain good line of communication between staff and clients;
Admin duties;

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
Relevant experience as a Receptionist/Front office clerk;
Sound communication skills (verbal and in writing);
Bilingual (English and any other South African language);
Good interpersonal and strong leadership skills;
Excellent client liaison and administration skills;
MS Office proficiency (excellent knowledge of Excel and Word);

Salary & Benefits

$45,000 – $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
