Role Details:

• Position: Receptionist

• Location: KwaZulu-Natal

• Property Type: Luxury Country House

• Salary: R7,500 per month

• Live-in position

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, professional first impression

• Managing check-ins and check-outs

• Handling guest enquiries and reservations

• Answering telephone calls and responding to guest requests

• Assisting with general front-of-house administrative duties

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a 4-star or 5-star hospitality environment

• Must have a good personality and a natural guest-centric approach

• Opera experience beneficial

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Well presented and professional at all times

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Willingness to live on site
