Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software development projects, from planning to deployment.
- Development of software programs and creation of technical documentation.
- Code review.
- System testing.
- Consulting with clients on project status.
- Working with clients on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
- Managing and mentoring a team of software developers.
- Architecture design of client projects.
- Researching and introducing new technologies to the organization.
- Providing technical direction to the organization.
- Setting software development standards.
- Managing the organization infrastructure.
- Work closely with the business analyst and project manager.
- Client liaison.
- Preparing technical proposals for clients.
- Conducting presentations and representing the company in client meetings
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable code in line with best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to standards.
- Engineers to define technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Own architectural decisions and contribute to system design documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and performance.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve our development ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9+ years of professional software development experience and technical leadership or team lead role.
- Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, C#,DevOps,ASP.NET,SQL
- Strong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
