About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect with over 10 years of expertise in designing and developing solutions and architectures on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). This role involves requirement gathering, effort estimation, client interaction, and leading implementation projects with various integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions and architectures on ServiceNow using industry best practices.
- Gather requirements, estimate efforts, and interact with clients to understand their needs.
- Lead ITSM, CSM, and LSD implementation projects, ensuring successful integrations.
- Work on proposals and provide in-depth expertise on ITSM and CMDB modules, including Incident Management (IM), Problem Management (PM), Change Management (CM), Knowledge Management (KM), Release Management (RM), and Service Catalog.
- Develop on ServiceNow, including Client Scripts, Server Scripts, Notifications, Inbound/Outbound email integrations, Workflow, and Flow Designer.
- Evaluate new features within ServiceNow and recommend enhancements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using API integrations.
- Manage ServiceNow upgrades and work with Next Experience, Employee Centre, and Workspaces.
- Utilize Integration HUB orchestrations for seamless system integrations.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, providing clear written and oral communication.
- Lead and collaborate with team members, facilitating negotiation and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Apply Agile methodologies to project management and development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrating strong analytical skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Extensive experience with ITSM, LSD, CSM, CMDB, and HRSD.
- Proven track record of handling implementation projects and integrations.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Development (Client Script, Server Script, Notifications, Email Integrations, Workflow, Flow Designer).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare HLD and LLD documents and create technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision and lead a team effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
