We are looking for a site Supervisor . We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor’s responsibilities include the following but not limited to supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. As a site supervisor you will make sure an organization is running well as it possibly can , with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients . By managing day to day activities, Analyzing statistics , reading , writing reporting ,operations supervisors play a vital role in this company.

The site Operations supervisor has to do a lot of Liaising with other team members , including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization , Presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees , tracking and measuring staff performances

Minimum Requirements :

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Supply Chain Management or Logistics Diploma (would be advantageous)
• Computer literacy word, excel & Syspro
• Supervisory skills
• Strong planning and coordinating skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Honesty and integrity
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in managing and directing the daily activities of Receivers, Pickers, Checkers, Forklift Drivers and Admin staff
• Dealing with Clients

Main Duties :

• Time and Attendant Management
• Check Hours on EDMA , Certifications and Approval
• Payroll Queries
• Update and Track leave queries ( All types of Leaves )
• Managing HR and IR issues with employees
• Tracking and Updating IR Tracker
• Manage employees performance daily
• Ensure All employees are equipped with PPE and All PPE issued has been acknowledged by employees
• Management of time and attendance of all employees
• Management of all client loss – Eg , Traffic fines, lost stock
• Acknowledgment of debt ( AOD) Management

Skills and Abilities :

• Proven work experience as a operations supervisor

• Ability to effectively communicate with all the levels of the organization

• Capable of working with minimal supervisor
