Job Description
- Supporting the Finance Manager in overseeing the full finance function
- Monthly management accounts, reporting, and variance analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Commercial and operational finance support to key stakeholders
- Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance
- Assisting with audits, statutory reporting, and year-end processes
- Driving continuous improvement in processes and reporting
What we’re looking for:
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- Experience within FMCG / manufacturing / high-volume environments is highly advantageous
- Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to work at pace
- Hands-on, detail-driven, and proactive
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
