• Grade 12 certificate.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Skilled in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of SANS 10400, specifically Part XA.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in collecting field data and accurately recording findings.
