Job Summary
An opportunity has arisen for a high caliber Trolley Asset Coordinator to handle administrative tasks, supervising, and controlling trolley services. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties, and responsibilities below for further information: Minimum Requirements – Matric (Grade 12) – Must have previous administration experience in a similar environment – Must be computer literate – Data capturing – Prepared to work shifts – Reliable and assertive – Pro-active and ability to take initiative Duties and Responsibilities – Handling administrative tasks – Monitoring progress and utilization – Recovering Trolleys – Sorting out customers problems and assisting clients with problems – Communicating trolley losses – Supervising and controlling trolley activities – Management of the assets and staff under your control and the meeting of objectives set in the budget process – Ensure service level agreements are met – Ensure assets and staff comply with all statutory and legal requirements – Ensuring that all equipment/machinery is serviced within the allowed service intervals – Maintaining of a high level of discipline, within the operations, Ensuring staff under your control maintain high level of service to customers – Administrative duties ad document control – Solving of queries and problem solving
