We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dealer Principal who is looking for a new challenge in Durban.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the dealership including staff
• Monitor sales, parts and workshop of the dealership and ensure profitability of all departments.
• Maintain and increase market penetration.
• Improve stock turnover.
• Increase sales.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity as Dealer Principal of a vehicle dealership.
• Experience with corporate premium branded dealerships and volume brands like Hyundai, BMW Kia, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Volvo, Suzuki, Haval, etc.
• Solid track reference and excellent management skills.
• Ability to ensure profitable business.
• Clear criminal record.
• Valid SA Drivers license.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Tertiary education and management training beneficial.
