Durban: Waitress/Waiter

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Welcome and seat customers, presenting menus and taking orders accurately. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and the overall dining space. Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently. Assist with opening and closing duties of the coffee shop. Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality service standards at all times. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a coffee shop or restaurant. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Neat and professional presentation. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
