Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of the centre’s daily operations
- Oversee staff management including recruitment, performance management, and development
- Manage the centre’s financial planning, budgeting, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee enrolment processes, administration, and record keeping
- Ensure adherence to curriculum standards and educational program quality
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment
- Support marketing, enrolment growth, and community engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification, preferably in Education
- Additional qualifications in Business Management, Finance, or Administration advantageous
- Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience, ideally in an educational environment
- Strong leadership, organisational, and administrative skills
- Financial management and operational management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
