Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Commercial Property Scout to support our busy real-estate team. This is a hands-on admin/marketing support role focused on keeping our property listings visible and up to date and helping us bring in new stock. Key Responsibilities Upload and manage property listings across various online portals. Prepare and update marketing materials for properties. Arrange and put up “For Sale” / “To Let” boards at properties. Assist with sourcing and onboarding new properties to list. Maintain accurate property records and files. Monitor stock on property portals and load listings Provide administrative support to the sales/rental team as needed. Requirements Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines. Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license essential (to visit properties and erect boards). Age 20 – 30 years as this is an entry level role What We Offer Base Salary: R6 500 – R7 000 per month Cell Allowance: ± R500 per month Fuel Contribution: Fixed allowance (± R600 per month) Additional earning potential through listing fees/commission, typically ranging from R1 000 – R5 000 per month, depending on performance.
