About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to support our marketing team with below-the-line activities, providing hands-on experience with brand management and learning about in-store campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tastings, ensuring logistics and materials are in place.
- Assist with production and delivery of POSM (point-of-sale materials) and prizes.
- Help track promotional activity and pricing compliance across key retailers.
- Coordinate artwork and approvals for retailer broadsheets and promotions.
- Conduct store visits and share photo feedback and reports.
- Support the preparation of monthly performance reports.
- Assist with post-campaign and promo reviews and ROI summaries.
- Provide support on ad hoc data requests and analysis.
- Track and summarize competitor activity.
- General Administrative and Ad Hoc Support:
- Help with organizing files, tracking documents, and coordinating deliveries.
- Support campaign-related admin and supplier follow-ups.
- Contribute to internal team projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (NQF 7).
- 1 year of marketing experience within FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing (internship or practical exposure beneficial).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
