Job Summary
We are currently looking for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic winning team!
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls.Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.Assist with product/service inquiries.Update customer information in the system.Follow up on customer complaints and concerns.Promote additional products/services when applicable.Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.Adhere to company policies and procedures.Meet performance targets and quality standards.
Requirements:
