About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various types of equipment. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and efficiently, and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in commercial, retail and industrial properties.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and service calls on HVAC equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Manage inventory and organisation of Company warehouse and equipment.
- Order necessary parts and supplies for HVAC projects.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Keep up to date with new technologies and advances.
- Any other reasonable instructions within the scope of works.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting VRV/VRF systems
- Experience in fault finding and diagnostics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed
