About the Role
The Manufacturing Technical Trainer will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating technical and operational training, developing and implementing client training materials, and managing learnership programs within our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating and/or coordinating technical and operational training.
- Developing and implementing client training materials/programs/manuals.
- Managing learnership programs (operations and technical trainees, EITs, apprentices, interns & graduates).
- Driving safer working environment through consistent safety training & improved competency in safe work procedure.
- Capturing all planned / scheduled training on the HR systems and provide accurate reports.
- Providing monthly training reports and compiling client’s WSP and ATR for online submission.
Requirements
- N6 + Trade Test Millwright qualification
- Diploma or studying towards an HRD (Human Resources Development) qualification
- 5 years of experience as a Foreman, with an advantage
- Experience as a Technical Trainer in Operations/Technical
