About the Role
The Operations Manager role at our Italian fusion menu and deluxe pizzas franchise restaurants in the Western Cape region is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of our brand, strong commercial capabilities, and proven experience in full-service Franchise Restaurants. We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee regional operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multi-regional operations for a recognised luxury brand
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to regional teams
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
- Ensure seamless execution of daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and service
Requirements
- Tertiary Diploma
- 8 years plus experience in full-service Franchise Restaurants (NOT IN HOTELS OR QSR)
- Proven senior leadership experience within a similar full-service restaurant brand environment
- Strong understanding of the specific operating model, culture, and customer proposition
