Minimum skills and experience required:

• Matric Certificate
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• A+ and N+ certifications (or equivalent)
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office
• Ability to set up and configure desktops, laptops, phones, and printers
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, wireless)
• Experience in a domain environment (user accounts, passwords)
• Basic experience with Microsoft Intune
• Additional certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Security+, vendor-specific) advantageous
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow

Duties and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to:

• Provide onsite technical support across all company locations
• Configure and set up computers and laptops
• Assist with IT solutions, installations, and network setups
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Manage devices via Microsoft Intune
• Deliver excellent customer service and escalate issues when necessary
