In this role, you will work closely with senior legal professionals to support the conveyancing process, focusing mainly on property transactions, the administration of estates, and civil litigation. RequirementsLLB or equivalent qualification in legal studiesAdmission as an Attorney of the High Court of South AfricaAdmission as a Conveyancer of the High Court of South AfricaExperienceIdeally 0-5 years experience in conveyancing through previous roles.2-5 years experience as an admitted attorney.Strong understanding of Civil Litigation, Conveyancing and property law.Skills and Attributes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in drafting legal documents. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A self motivated, proactive and collaborative team player, willing to learn from senior colleagues and take on new challenges. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain meticulous records.
