East London: Medical and Surgical Sales Rep

Position: Medical and Surgical Sales Rep Location: East London Operating Region: Eastern Cape Minimum Qualification Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 certificate. Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in medical/surgical devices , specifically in-theatre sales. Experience with Theatre and Surgical Sutures is highly advantageous Valid drivers license and reliable own transport. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Eastern Cape region. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, doctors, and specialists. Visit healthcare facilities regularly to assess client needs and present tailored product solutions. Drive sales revenue and consistently achieve or exceed territory targets. Provide in-theatre support, demonstrations, and product training where required. Ensure exceptional after-sales service by responding promptly to client queries and concerns. Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and territory reports. Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Key Competencies: Results-driven with a strong customer service orientation.
