Job Description

Role Purpose We are seeking a mature, organised, and target-driven Office Administrator / Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative duties, manage customer relationships, resolve client issues professionally, and assist with driving sales growth. Requirements Matric (Tertiary qualification in Administration or Sales advantageous) Target-driven with a passion for customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively Excellent administrative and organisational abilities Computer literate (MS Office, email, spreadsheets, etc.) Driver’s license would be advantageous Key Responsibilities Handle all office administration tasks efficiently Assist in sales and client follow-ups Maintain accurate records of customer information and transactions Address and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly Support the sales team with quotes, invoicing, and order processing Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients Prepare reports and assist with marketing activities where required
