Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Create rosters, provide training, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
• Cleaning Schedules: Oversee and maintain regular cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Stock Management: Manage stock rotation and place orders to maintain inventory levels.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
