About the Role
Hire Resolve is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join a well-established logistics company. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable function, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices and collections, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to optimize cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the accounts receivable team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for credit control and debt collection.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve any discrepancies or client queries promptly.
- Prepare and analyze monthly accounts receivable reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize disputes and improve the invoicing process.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
