The role focuses on crafting high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, maintaining a well-presented and efficient coffee station, engaging warmly with guests, and supporting the wider Food & Beverage team during daily service. This position plays an important part in enhancing the overall guest experience through consistent service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Requirements Previous experience as a Barista in a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end caf environment. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and customer service standards. Formal training would be advantageous A warm, approachable, guest-centric personality with excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism. Passion for hospitality, presentation, and crafting memorable guest moments. Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas, and speciality beverages to luxury standards. Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised guest service with every interaction. Maintain excellent product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, milks, and flavour profiles. Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure all beverages are presented beautifully and consistently.
