About the Role
Takora Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering Office Manager to join our team in the Eastern Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary engineering team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in civil engineering and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the engineering office
- Oversee contract administration and project management activities
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years post-graduate experience in civil engineering
- Registered with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) and SAICE (South African Institution of Civil Engineers)
- Experience in contract administration and project management
- Expertise with QMS compliance
