Finance Tasks: 

• GR/IR Maintenance clearing & Freight GR/IR. 
• Balance sheet reconciliations. 
• Payroll journals preparation and postings. 
• Journals postings for Management accountants. 
• Ad hoc responsibilities to assist Financial Accountant. 
• Asset Accounting

Creditors: 

• Creditors function: Local & Foreign (Independent Review of Foreign & Local creditors creditor’s statement reconciliations) 
• Management of payment process: Local & Foreign  
• Assist with invoice processing and matching.

Sundry Debtors Travel 

• Expense Claims (Optional). 
• Reconciliations & Month-end journal posting.  

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree in Accounting and Finance. 
• Minimum of 2-3 Year experience
