Job Description

Applicants must have the following requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management. Must be registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager. Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Site Agent with technical and managerial experience. Must be proficient in Build Smart, OneDrive and Bos, SharePoint, and SHEQ Compliance System. Must have knowledge of BCEA. Must have knowledge of Construction Industry Standards. Must have knowledge of contracts. Must have knowledge of construction materials and suppliers. Must have knowledge of drawings. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint.
