About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our team in the Eastern Cape region. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site operations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage technical and managerial aspects of site activities
- Utilize Build Smart, OneDrive, Bos, SharePoint, and SHEQ Compliance System to streamline processes
- Maintain knowledge of BCEA and Construction Industry Standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Construction Management
- Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Manager
- At least 5 years of experience as a Site Agent
- Proficient in Build Smart, OneDrive, Bos, SharePoint, and SHEQ Compliance System
- Knowledge of BCEA
- Knowledge of Construction Industry Standards
- Knowledge of contracts
- Knowledge of construction materials and suppliers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.)
