About the Role
Hire Resolve, a global logistics and freight forwarding company, is seeking a Senior Developer to join their IT Product team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting innovative software solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions.
- Provide internal and external client support.
- Write and implement high-quality, high-performing code and unit tests.
- Develop, maintain, and implement software tools, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct research and development, including evaluating and testing new technologies.
- Identify areas for improvement within our solutions and workflows.
- Mentor and train the development team and assist with peer and code reviews.
- Collaborate with developers across other teams to implement the best solutions.
Requirements
- Education: BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 or more years of experience in software development.
- Self-Management: The drive and ability to independently manage projects from conception to user satisfaction.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in our core technology stack is essential, along with the ability to learn new skills and technologies as needed.
