Manage store assistants. Receive stock from supplier (compare PO to supplier invoice, compare to items delivered).Should items received not be correct, notify Procurement should there be a reason for different items received, otherwise contact supplier and arrange for correct items to be delivered.Update procurement chat group of items delivered status.Every morning the PO for the day must be printed out and ready for suppliers to deliver.Follow up with suppliers to ensure they are going to deliver on the day of delivery.Items delivered must be checked in detail to ensure their correct part numbers, make, descriptions, volume, size and more.Technicians request van stock and materials by 16:00 to be ready for them to collect next morning.Manage material hand over to technicians. Project materials must be drawn from stock and put into the correct allocation ready for collection by staff.Materials for projects must be received directly into correct allocated area.A packing list will be issued for each project, and all items and materials must be made ready accordingly. Detail photos of every packing must be documented and double check system with sticker indicators must be appliedManagement of stores area.Management of dispatch area and vehicle parking.Management of delivery gate.
