Job Description: Pizza Cook (Retail)

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Pizza Cook to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of pizzas according to store recipes and customer preferences. You will ensure the highest quality standards in taste, presentation, and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Pizza Preparation: Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Cooking & Baking: Cook pizzas in ovens at the correct temperature and time, ensuring the perfect crust and toppings.
• Customization: Assemble and cook pizzas based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests.
• Food Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and cleaning of kitchen equipment.
• Stocking & Inventory: Monitor inventory levels, prepare ingredients for daily production, and notify management of any shortages.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all pizzas meet store standards for taste, appearance, and portion size.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers when needed, providing excellent service and addressing any pizza-related questions or issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with other kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a pizza cook or in food preparation is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
