About the Role

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) operates as a strategic HR Generalist, providing end-to-end Human Resources support to allocated departments in the logistics industry. This role spans the full employee lifecycle, ensuring optimal workforce structuring and compliance with company policies and applicable labour legislation.

  • Transfer & Promotion Letters | Promotion Readiness & Succession Planning
  • Salary Benchmarking | Exit Process & Retention Analysis
  • Assist HR Manager with Graduate Development Programme
  • Learner Absorption, Career fairs & Talent Engagement
  • Skills Alignment

Requirements

  • BCom Honours in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience in a logistics environment
  • Experience with BCEA, LRA, EEA, NBCRFLI Main Collective Agreement
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Proficiency in using HR and recruitment software/portals (e.g. Careers Portal, Sage VIP)
