• Maintain and optimize electronic process control systems, including hardware and software.
• Install new process control systems per company standards.
• Conduct loop checks, calibration, and field hardware maintenance.
• Review and optimize process control philosophies.
• Regularly audit and update process control programs according to ISO procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including installation drawings, P&IDs, loop identification, and tagging.
• Coordinate machine output to optimize line performance.
• Ensure proper access control and maintain system backups.
• Perform fault finding and optimize electronic equipment, including PLC programming.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement workplace improvements.
• Train and coach production staff, artisans, and machine operators.
• Supervise and manage staff to meet production and asset optimization targets.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• N4-N5 equivalent in Electrical/Electronic qualification (NQF 5).
• Trade certification as an Electrician/Electronic Technician equivalent to N5.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment with 2+ years of Siemens software programming.
• Experience with various PLC systems, including Siemens S5 and S7.
