About the Role
Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company based in eThekwini, is seeking an experienced Debtors Manager to oversee their full debtors function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large and varied debtor portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full debtors function
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Monitor debtor accounts and follow up on overdue balances
- Prepare regular reports on debtor performance and outstanding balances
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in debtors management, ideally handling large volumes and varied account sizes
- Strong attention to detail and assertive approach to managing accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Accounting literacy and understanding of relevant financial processes
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or a related field
