Duty Manager | Luxury Hotel | Durban Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the team at a luxury hotel in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and supporting the smooth running of the property. Key Responsibilities: Supervising daily hotel operations to ensure excellent service standards. Managing and supporting staff across various departments during shifts. Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Providing leadership and acting as the main point of contact in the absence of senior management. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment.
